Golfers With Most Wins on the Japan Tour
The Japan Golf Tour (or JGTO, for Japan Golf Tour Organization) was founded in 1973. Since then, there is one golfer more than 40 wins ahead of anyone else. From 1973 until his final win in 2002, Masashi Ozaki — better-known to most golf fans as Jumbo Ozaki — won a whopping 94 times on the JGTO. Isao Aoki is the distant runner-up, the only other golfer so far to crack 50 wins on this tour.
All three of the Ozaki brothers show up on the following list. Joe Ozaki scored 32 wins and Jet Ozaki had 15.
