The Ryder Cup is one of the biggest events in golf when it is played every other year. Contested between teams of professional male golfers representing Europe and the United States, it goes back to 1927.
Most of the biggest names in golf history have played the Ryder Cup (excepting those from outside the U.S. and Europe, obviously).
