The LPGA State Farm Classic was played for more than 30 years on the LPGA Tour, played in the Springfield, Illinois, area.

Sandra Palmer won the first tournament and Yani Tseng the last. Betsy King was the only 3-time winner; 2-time champs included JoAnne Carner, Beth Daniel, Pat Bradley and Nancy Lopez.

Also known as: In its first year it was the Jerry Lewis Muscular Dystrophy Classic, then the Rail Charity Golf Classic. State Farm became title sponsor in 1993.
