Daks Tournament, Former Euro Golf Circuit Standard

The Daks Tournament was a professional men's golf tournament in England, part of the circuit the preceded the European Tour. It was played from the 1950s into the 1970s.

First played: 1950

Last played: 1971

There were multiple ties in this tournament's history. In 1958, 1962, 1963 and 1971, the tournament ended in a two-way tie, with no playoff. Neil Coles, who holds the tournament record with four wins, was involved in two of them. Peter Thomson, who won three titles, was involved in another.

Malcolm Gregson was the only back-to-back winner. Norman Sutton won the very first Daks Tournament with a score of 272, and that held up as the tournament's 72-hole scoring record.

The "Daks" in the tournament name was for the event's sponsor, the British luxury brand DAKS.
